All's I Want for Christmas... An Author's Shopping Guide for the Holidays

For those looking to buy me something for Christmas!

Here's my list for Santa:

1) Buy my book.

Curses! A F**ked Up Fairy Tale is due out on March 1st. I'd love to sell as many book before that date as I can, so please do me a favor and buy the book. You can buy pre-order it at amazon, Barnes and Noble, or your local bookseller.

2) Facebook, blog and tweet me.

Let your friends know about my upcoming release.

3) Review me.

Read CURSES or any of my other works and tell the world what you think. Word of mouth is the greatest gift you can give a writer.

4) Host me.

Host me on your blog. I'd love to meet your readers.

5) Give to a charity.

Give 5 dollars to the humane society in your area. Drop off a bag of dog food to a shelter. Donate a toy for a needy yet nice kid.

6) Read a book.

Doesn't matter if it's mine or not. Just pick up a book from your local library and read. If everyone read one book this holiday, the world would be a better place.

7) Have a wonderful holiday!

From me to you. I wish you and your family a happy holiday!
